He has been handling and supervising the textile processing unit from the past 20 years and lubricant plant from 10 years with his directional skills. Along with, being a business tycoon, he is a great social worker and has a love for literature. All the plant activities like plant and equipment selection, installation and commissioning are carried under his guidance.
Umesh P. Singh

He is a Mechanical Engineer from MIT, Muzaffarpur, with a distinction throughout and holds a PGDM from Mumbai University. With over 34 years of experience in a Global Fortune 500 Maharatna Oil PSU, he has led Technical Services and Lubes/I&C Product Sales as Regional and Zonal Head. Trained at Lubrizol USA, IIP Dehradun, and various Auto OEM’s R&D centres. He is known for his customer-centric approach. A passionate pet lover and he also enjoys plantation and natural farming.

He is the technical director of Generation Four Engitech Ltd. with his valuable suggestions from time to time the company has laid numerous milestones. Previously connected with HPCL. Now he is the technical director at Generation Four Engitech Ltd. He has certified with Noria USA.
Late Shri R. P. Byas
(Mentor)
He was one of the most experienced Ex Director of Generation Four Engitech Ltd. He was a retired Jt. General Manager of HMT Ltd. a government organization where he has given 35 years of service in the field of training & marketing. He has also given his service at MDS university Ajmer as an MBA lecturer and has been a board member of the Global Institute of Management, Ajmer. Under his guidance, the company is continuously achieving milestones.
